We're celebrating April 15 & 16
We will host Easter services in the Auditorium on Saturday at 5:30pm and on Sunday at 8:00am, 9:30am, and 11:00am. Both the Cafe Venue and the Tent Venue will host services at 9:30am and 11:00am.
The Passion Experience will be open from 12:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, April 14.
We have transformed the Auditorium into a space with beautifully designed stations that lead us to reflect on various elements of Christ's crucifixion. Come reflect and worship with us. There is no "service" during this event - it is a self-guided, come and go as you please type of event. Childcare will be offered for ages 2 and below from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
We want to connect everyone into an environment where they can develop meaningful relationships and grow in their relationship with Jesus. This is one of the most important aspects of our church. If you want to get connected here, we encourage you to join a group.

SLAM-A-JAMA is a cavKIDZ Summer Experience where kids enter a world full of singing, dancing, games and lessons that build Godly character. The theme this year is outer space and it’s called Galactic Starveyors. The children will focus on Colossians 1:15-16 and learn about how they can discover the God of the universe.
Elementary Week (Entering 1st – 6th grade) • June 5 – 9

Graduation Weekend Celebrations
Save the date for our Graduation Celebration weekend May 20 - 21 with the entire service focused on our graduates and Student Ministry. The Graduation Banquet is scheduled for Friday, May 12 at CAV. Please RSVP no later than April 20. To do so, please go to churchatviera.com/grad2017

Student Impact Trip
Pavas, Costa Rica, July 22 – 28

Student Summer Camp 2017

Early Bird registration fee for both camps is $400 and will increase to $450 on April 1. Secure your spot today for either camp with a $75 deposit (Pumpkin Patch credits will be applied after deposit is paid). Deposits are non-refundable. Waivers and final balances are due no later than May 1, 2017.

The next Starting Point class will begin on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 9:30am. This four-week class covers our core beliefs and DNA, our approach to ministry and also where and how you can serve. Everyone who attends will understand what it means to be a member of CAV and how to impact the community around us and beyond.

Our monthly Food Drive will be held April 22 & 23. There is a special need for protein items such as canned chicken, tuna, Spam and beans. Please bring items and place them in bins in the Fellowship Mall.
Global !mpact Updates

cavKIDZ Child Care Team
We are looking for a paid part time team member to look after our preschool and elementary aged kids during ministry events. Shifts will include Wednesday mornings and evenings throughout the week. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to learn more or apply.

Worship Arts Administrative Assistant
The Worship Arts (WA) Administrative Assistant provides support to all departments of the WA ministry by organizing and calendaring events, tracking the WA budgets, maintaining A/V licenses, keeping volunteer records, and interfacing with people both external and internal to CAV on behalf of the WA department. This person must be comfortable working with computers, including email and general web browser applications. This is a full-time position with benefits.
