Here at CAV, we use a database software package called Fellowship One. Through this software you can do things such as update your contact information, register for an event, view church directory, find and manage your groups, and make an online donation. "My Cav" is the name we've given this collection of pages you can use to interact with Fellowship One.


Your information is held securely by the Fellowship One system at all times. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties by Fellowship One or CAV.

When you create your account, you will determine your own password. If you forget your password, you can have the system email it to you by entering the email address that you used when you created your account. CAV cannot look up your password for you. You must use the system's "forgot password" process (found on the login screen) to reset your password. Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. CAV will never contact you in any way to ask for your login information.


The Fellowship One system allows us to provide you access to several different areas of your personal information. Fellowship One provides all of the security for the system. This system is used by churches throughout the country and has been fully tested by them.

Fellowship One uses the latest data encryption technology. The following statement is from their security documentation: "[the system] utilizes the most current encryption technology to maintain the security of your data. Every parameter passed in the hyperlinks is fully encrypted. Additionally, the Login module handles passwords using what is known in technical terms as salted hash. In laymen's terms, this means it would take 50 computers (running constantly) continuously presenting password combinations four years to discover the password."


When using online giving, contributions are processed at the time you specify when setting up the contribution. You will receive an email confirmation when the contribution is processed.

Using registrations, payments are processed immediately after registration. You will be emailed with a confirmation of your registration and payment.


If you desire a refund for an online registration payment, please contact us at (321) 259-3454. Refunds for event registrations vary by event.

Using online giving, you can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. You do not need to contact the church office to change a scheduled online payment before it is processed. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled.
